Motivation Monday

Happy Monday! 

Follow me on my fitness journey! Making healthy decisions one day at a time. Losing weight or firming up is a process. You didn’t gain excess weight overnight. The smallest changes in your diet and daily activities can make a tremendous difference! 
I’m making a habit of having a consistent workout regimen.  I’m making smarter choices regarding the meals and snacks I eat. I choose a healthier way of living!

  1. One of my goals for 2016 is to eat a more plant-based diet. In addition to providing more dietary fiber and natural sugars, I've read that eating plants can make my facial and body appearance better (Daniel 1:12-15).
